Put visitor logs online, for anyone visiting a DOE employee, contractor, appointee, or agent. We the People have the right to see who has been meeting with our government. Logs should include at least: 1.) name, title company, 2.) date/time, 3.) person(s) being visited, 4.) reason for visit. This would make FOIA requests so much more specific.
